They also provide a refrigerator, an electric kettle, a dining table, a wardrobe or closet, linen and a socket near the bed.

Among the general facilities, the property has a terrace, a safety deposit box, a fan and an iron, and telephone and internet services are also offered. Free WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge. Parking is paid: private parking is possible at a location nearby, reservation is not needed, and it costs VND 240,000 per day. The Bui Vien walking street is a short walk away, and the streets around the guesthouse are lined with cafés, bars and small restaurants. Shanti, Sinh Tố Bùi Viện and the café Pavement are all within 50 m. The property sits down a sheltered side lane, so the noise of the main street reaches the rooms less than you might expect for the area.

The nearest bus station, Bến xe buýt Sài Gòn, is 350 m away, and Ben Thanh Station, the metro station at the Ben Thanh end of Line 1, is 700 m. Saigon Railway Station is 2.3 km away and Tan Son Nhat International Airport is 5.5 km, so both the stations and the airport are a short ride from the guesthouse. The rest of the centre is best covered on foot, since most of the sights are under a kilometre from the front door.

On foot, Ben Thanh Market is 800 m away and the Ho Chi Minh City Fine Arts Museum is 750 m, with Tao Dan Park also 750 m. Ben Thanh Market is the covered market in the centre, the best place for street food and souvenirs. Chùa Phước Hậu pagoda, 150 m away, and September 23 Park, 300 m, are the closest places to stop. The Ho Chi Minh City Museum (1.2 km), the War Remnants Museum (1.3 km) and Nha Rong Wharf (1.5 km) are further out. For a longer outing, Crescent Lake is 5.3 km away.
